If you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of our products, return the items purchased within 14 days, and we'll promptly exchange them or issue a refund. EXCEPTION: We cannot accept returns of custom items.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
That's fine, simply give us a call at (888) 326-9065 and we can take your credit card information over the phone, and get your order processing the same day.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, (confirmed addresses only), You can order online or over the phone at (888) 326-9065. We only accept credit cards over the phone. Please have your information ready when you call.

How long will it take to get my product?
If you live in the US it will take 2-5 days depending on the service you choose. If you live in Canada or any other international countries it will take extra time. View the shipping page for more information.

How much is Shipping?

Standard Shipping:

If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Ground or FedEx, and should arrive within four to seven business days, plus 1-2 days processing time. We do offer shipping to Puerto Rico and Canada through USPS or FedEx International/Ground Express.

Return Policy:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all My Baby Sam products. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you may send it back to us within 30 days in it's original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of shipping for returned items.

To return an item, please mail back your package to the My Baby Sam return address on your package label with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for return
  • PO#
